Racking the slide

I''m female and I had some trouble racking the slide at first, until I came across an article at corneredcat.com in the Running the Gun section. No problems since then. Other than that, this gun rides well in the waistband of even my tighter jeans and I could probably field strip it with my eyes closed now. Wouldn''t put it back together with my eyes closed, though, ''cause I''d probably lose the springs. :[

I love this little pistol. It sits nicely on my hip or in my pocket and noone knows it is there. Obviously it won't shoot long distance, but for close up combat, it'll do the job and that is all I am looking for. I also haven't had any issues with it jamming and it fires quickly and ejects all shells. I'm just glad that I bought it at a gun show before they all sold out.

Great concealment gun

The only problem I've found with the kel-tec 380 is pulling the slide back. I takes a man and a boy to pull the slide back to put a bullet in the chamber. I see the makers say that it is a good gun for women. I don't believe there is a woman that can operate the slide. Kel-tec needs to change the spring to an easier one to compress.
